Friends Accomplishments

Since its inception in 1995, the Panther Creek State Park Friends group has raised thousands of dollars through fundraisers, donations and memberships.  The funds raised have been allocated directly to the park to purchase items that the state budget could not provide.    In addition to raising funds for various projects at the park, Friends group volunteers have rolled up their sleeves and constructed the projects from the ground up, as well as creating and maintaining the trail system at the park.  Several of our largest projects have been dependent on corporate and individual donations of funds, materials, and services.    Following are some important contributions the Friends group has provided for the park:
